With the add-in for Microsoft Outlook and the Send-To tool, Brainloop enables companies to protect users' everyday processes, combining the convenience of email with the centralized security features of a protected, web-based workspace. The Brainloop Outlook Add-In lets users send documents securely

and automatically from within Microsoft Outlook. These features include the allocation of company-internal security categories, the inclusion of an embedded watermark in a document, and read-only access to information.
How does it work?
Users write an email in the usual way and attach any number of documents, to it, even large ones. When they click the Send button, another window opens to let users choose whether to send the documents via the secure workspace or in the normal way.
This helps prevent users from accidentally sending out documents via non-secure normal email. In place of the attachment, the recipient receives an email containing a link to the document and can log on with his or her password and PIN to open it.
The Brainloop Send-To tool provides a seamless connection between the Windows desktop and the secure Brainloop workspace and gives users a convenient way to send large volumes of documents and folders. The tool is available in two different variants. The graphical version is easy to use as it appears directly in the Windows Explorer context menu, while the shell version can be integrated in common Windows job scheduling applications for smooth processing in the background.
