Brainloop AG Selected for European Entrepreneurship Accelerator

Rhön-Klinikum Deploys Brainloop Secure Boardroom
Rhön-Klinikum AG, a leading health service provider headquartered in Neustadt/Saale, has deployed Brainloop Secure Boardroom, the web-based software solution for communication between the board of directors and the supervisory board. The preparation and distribution of the board of directors' resolutions will be managed in Brainloop's Secure Boardroom application, which now supports online voting, allowing the board members to make decisions independent of the board meetings. Brainloop Secure Dataroom delivers Secure Communication for GeMit, Germany's Largest Mezzanine Fund
Brainloop Secure Dataroom, the virtual document vault for highly secure exchange of confidential business documents, was successfully implemented by Buchanan Capital Group in its GeMit Mittelstandsfondsprojekt. GeMit is Germany's largest mezzanine fund, with a volume of 320 million euro. All complex and highly confidential communication processes during the investment phase were conducted in Brainloop Secure Dataroom. Only authorized persons could exchange and edit confidential documents in the GeMit Dataroom, and thus see exactly who had worked on what document. The Dataroom's role concept defined the access rights of all parties involved.
