Brainloop Acquires Austrian Company "Results as a Service"

Boston, July 6, 2011 - Brainloop, the market leader in document compliance management, today announced that it has concluded an agreement to acquire all shares of the company Results as a Service GmbH (RaaS), a reseller of Software-as-a-Service solutions based in Vienna, Austria. Following the fulfillment of the customary closing conditions, RaaS will become Brainloop's subsidiary in Austria. With this acquisition, Brainloop is continuing to drive its strategy of international expansion by establishing a direct presence in its core markets.

Brainloop's acquisition of the Austrian company Results as a Service GmbH provides Brainloop the opportunity to strengthen its presence in the attractive target markets of central and Eastern Europe. The goal of the future Brainloop subsidiary will be to expand Brainloop's business in the Austrian and east European markets substantially. Several well-known Austrian companies already use the Brainloop solution to protect their sensitive information, including TIWAG, Wintersteiger AG, ENI Austria, Telekom Austria, Vienna Airport and Österreichische Volksbanken AG.
