Brainloop CFO to Speak at Global Trade Summit on Doing Business with Germany and the UK

Boston, April 4, 2011 - Brainloop (www.brainloop.com), a leading supplier of software solutions for high-security management of confidential documents, today announced that its Chief Financial Officer and co-founder Uli Mittermaier, will speak at the 2011 Global Trade Summit hosted by Brandeis University April 5th. Keynote speakers at this event include The Honorable Deval L. Patrick, Governor of Massachusetts, and Jim Taiclet, CEO and Chairman of the Board, American Tower.

Mittermaier will join the session, "Doing Business with Europe: Opportunities in Germany and the United Kingdom." The panel discussion will explore untapped opportunities for conducting business with Europe, covering such items as exporting, establishing operations in Germany and the UK, partnering with European companies, and how service companies can expand their activities. Moderated by Susan Windham-Bannister, President and CEO, Massachusetts Life Sciences Center, other panelists include Gregg Dixon, Senior VP of Sales and Marketing, EnerNOC, Rob Dietel, Vice Consul, British Consulate General in Boston, and Claus Habermeier, Director, German Trade and Invest's New York Office.

With 20 years of experience working with Germany-based corporations, Mittermaier will lend first-hand knowledge of strategies for working with European companies. He co-founded Brainloop more than ten years ago in Munich, Germany and established U.S. headquarters in Cambridge, Mass. in 2007.
