Brainloop Secure Dataroom to Protect Executive Commmunication at Premiere AG

The Brainloop Secure Dataroom, a highly secure web-based solution for performing and tracking highly confidential business processes in the extended enterprise, has now been chosen by Premiere AG, the leading pay-TV provider in Germany and Austria.The electronic safe is used for the secure transmission of confidential information and to ensure ubiquitous accessibility to board-level documents by members of the supervisory and the managing boards. Brainloop Secure Dataroom will not only be used for secure document transmission, but also to organize a secure repository of corporate documents for the various members of the supervisory board. Premiere AG also plans to deploy the Dataroom beyond the boardroom to organize and protect other critical business processes.
Brainloop's end-to-end security architecture consists of an encrypted repository, the encrypted transmission from server to client and the strong authentication of all users. A two-factor authentication process is available as an extra protection layer for particularly sensitive documents in the corporate boardroom. As every access to the Dataroom is recorded in an audit trail, customers benefit from a seamless documentation of corporate information flow.
