Inventux selects Brainloop Document Compliance to organize its investment rounds

Munich, Germany. 4 May 2011 - Inventux Technologies AG, a Berlin - based provider of micromorph solar technology systems, is using Brainloop's document compliance solution to prepare its discussions with investors. The company gathers all the due diligence documents needed - most of which are confidential - and makes them available to existing and potential investors online. This eliminates the need to send out folders and CDs to interested parties and to organize expensive and time-consuming business trips.

Inventux Technologies recently used the Brainloop solution for the fourth time to provide investors with information about the company's current status and its future plans. Investors were able to review a variety of documents, including technical information, contracts, financial figures, IT data and human resources information. As most of these documents require special protection, they are collated and stored in a virtual data room. Once the investors have been invited to the data room by the project manager, they log in with a two-factor authentication process that includes a password and a one-time PIN that is texted to their cell phone.  The bidders can select the documents they need to help them make an investment decision and view them in read-only mode. In certain cases, the project manager or administrator can assign additional rights to specific users, enabling them to download documents as well as view them online.
