Union Investment Real Estate selects Brainloop's virtual data room

Boston, May 6, 2009 - Union Investment Real Estate AG, one of Europe's leading property investment management firms, is now using Brainloop Secure Dataroom as its strategic platform for the secure and traceable transfer of documents to and from independent specialists.
Union Investment Real Estate selected Brainloop's web-based solution because it fulfills all of the company's stringent security standards and special requirements governing the way confidential enterprise information is shared. A key factor in the company's decision is that the Brainloop solution does not require the installation of any client software.
Union Investment Real Estate manages multiple confidential communication processes via the Brainloop data room. These include sharing very large data volumes (such as AutoCAD plans, images and exposés) with third-party experts during the acquisition of sought-after properties around the world.
