Brainloop and Results as a Service announce strategic alliance to provide secure document management services in Austria

Vienna, Austria and Munich, Germany. March 26, 2009 - Brainloop and the service provider Results as a Service (RaaS) announced today that they have concluded a strategic alliance that strengthens their lead in the Austrian market for high-security document management. The two partners provide Austrian organizations with a way for teams to work together, within one company or across several companies, using a highly secure document vault. Today, virtual data rooms have become the de facto standard solution for ensuring accountability in the way people handle confidential information.

The Brainloop Secure Dataroom enables staff to securely access and share documents supporting sensitive processes across several companies.
