Brainloop appoints new CEO

Munich, Germany - October 21, 2008 - Brainloop, the leading provider of infrastructure and solutions for managing confidential documents, today announced that it has appointed Peter Weger as its Chief Executive Officer.

With the appointment of Peter Weger, Brainloop has a seasoned sales and management professional at the helm whose principal mission will be to build up and expand Brainloop's global sales. Peter Weger has significant senior management experience at leading software companies including Portal Software, Borland, Network Associates and others. He joins Brainloop from Software AG, where he was a member of the executive team and headed up sales activities in southern Germany.
