Strong Demand for Brainloop Secure Dealroom for M&A Due Diligence

During M&A transactions, the parties involved access the Dataroom, created by the seller, securely through the internet using Brainloop's ASP service. The Dataroom application is hosted in a highly secure data center of Deutsche Telekom. The transfer of Dataroom content is protected by 128-bit SSL, and in the Dataroom server all contents are encrypted with a 256-bit encryption. Additionally, the Dataroom provides an audit-trail of all activities in the Dataroom, such as access or changes to documents. When the project is completed, all Dataroom contents, including audit-trail, can be exported to a CD-ROM or DVD and attached to the contract.
