Brainloop and mii announce strategic partnership

Munich / Vienna, March 21, 2007 - Brainloop AG, the leading provider of infrastructure and solutions for managing confidential documents and mii AG, a leading Austrian IT service provider for the development of innovative business infrastructure solutions, announced their strategic alliance today. This alliance allows mii to expand its business in the Large Enterprise market. With the Brainloop Dataroom products in its product line, mii can offer its clients leading-edge technology in the document collaboration and security area.

Brainloop Secure Dataroom protects executive board documents, financial reports, and strategic projects, enabling the secure access and exchange of documents among multiple organizations. In addition, the Dataroom keeps a secure log to record every access and every change to a document.  A personalized watermark offers each document additional protection.
