Inside Sales Executive, Munich, Germany

Description:

The sales team, consisting of inside sales professionals, has full ownership of the complete sales cycle, including lead prospecting, qualification, web based demos, quoting, and closing.  The ideal candidate is a sales hunter, focused on new customer acquisition. This is a true high earning potential position as there is no cap on commission. The position is office based.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed annual quota by driving entire sales cycle
  • Develop strong product knowledge, industry lingo, and understanding of competitive landscape
  • Learn internal sales methodologies, processes and infrastructure
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via highly targeted campaigns, cold calls, and from prospecting database
  • Utilize sales skills to qualify prospects, ferret out pain points or outright needs, and convey business value
  • Attain activity levels necessary for success
  • Identify appropriate contacts at each prospect
  • Present the services over the phone, via web based demos, or occasional in-person meetings
  • Respond to inbound inquiries
  • Maintain database of inbound and outbound sales activities using Salesforce.com

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Successful inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B software or technology services environment
  • Prior quota carrying and overachievement experience
  • Proven ability to conduct consultative sales and sales development, demonstrated by generating, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct a missionary or educational sell (selling a solution that prospects are unaware of)
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, self-managing, resourceful, and able to take the initiative
  • Fast learner and at ease with technology. Experience with MS Office applications and CRM products.
  • High ethics, integrity, and humility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to represent the company professionally
  • Self-motivated, quick thinking and detail-oriented
  • Experience with security and/or document management solutions a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial, take-charge style. Well suited to thrive in a small high growth company environment.
  • Bachelors degree is preferred
