Brainloop Secure Dataroom™ is available as a Web-based on-demand solution and does not require client-side software installation. It is easy to implement and easy to use, so that lockdown of critical documents can be achieved almost instantaneously. With the Secure Dataroom, you can seamlessly connect knowledge workers inside and outside the enterprise.
The Brainloop Secure Dataroom does not require extensive training. However, if you would like assistance in setting up the Dataroom, or creating customized templates and/or structures, our Professional Services Team will be happy to help.
Consulting
Setting up a data room with Brainloop Secure Dataroom is as simple as creating a file and folder structure in a file system. Some clients, however, require additional functionalities such as collaborative processes with very different user groups and rights. In such cases, Brainloop offers consulting services to help you set up and optimize your data room.
In addition, we also provide services for architecture and installation of a tailored in-house hosting solution, and/or integration with third party software such as Microsoft Active Directory or Microsoft Rights Management software.
Training
Our Professional Services Team will train your data room administrator on how to set up the Brainloop Secure Dataroom. He/she will learn how to easily create structures and user groups including permissions and security settings. Usually this takes only a few hours and is conducted via an online seminar.
In most cases standard user training is not required. However, if you wish individual user training, we will be happy to provide training support at your premises or via an online seminar. Some customers prefer individual user training for their board members.
Application Management
Some customers prefer using our on-demand solution with their confidential files securely hosted in our highly secure data center of T-Systems, the IT and network services division of Deutsche Telekom. Others prefer an in-house hosting solution. We are happy to support all our customers with the solution that they require.
For in-house hosting, our Professional Services Team can manage the Brainloop application hosted on your own server for you. Without any direct access to your confidential documents, we ensure continuing operation of your application. We perform a constant checkup of all functions, as well as a quick response to systems failures and future planning of the operating environment.
